Patient Care Coordinator for Laser Skin Care Clinic in Marin

Busy laser skin care clinic based in Marin needs an energetic, experienced part-time
PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR capable of multi-tasking with excellent communication skills and strong customer service experience.  Candidate must have prior experience in medical office, spa or salon.

Services include Laser Hair Removal, Fraxel Laser Resurfacing, CoolSculpting Fat Reduction, Ulthera and Titan Skin Tightening, IPL Photo-Rejuvenation, Botox, Dermal Fillers and Clinical Skin Peels in a beautiful spa-like setting in Corte Madera.

The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the check-in and check-out process at the front desk and assures that clinic flow is smooth and seamless. Greet and check-in patients presenting for appointments. Collect payments and ensure new patients complete applicable forms. Assist Doctor and Nurses with appointment scheduling. Specific duties regarding chart prep and clinic prep, including assembling packets and printing forms and labels.

Familiarity with medical office environment a plus. Strong skills with windows-based computers as well as ability to operate basic office equipment are required. Exceptional communication skills, and telephone skills in particular, are absolutely required. Ability to work calmly and efficiently, while handling multiple tasks. Candidate must also exhibit professional demeanor and genuine concern for patients’ welfare.

We are looking for a customer service super star, who is personable, energetic, hard-working and organized and who is willing to make a long-term commitment to the position!

Part-time position with possibility of full time position in future.  1 – 2 days a week with evening availability (sometimes until 7:30pm) and alternate Saturdays.
