I live in Berkeley and there are many places in closer proximity, but I found the staff to be most helpful over the phone at the Laser Center of Marin as well as having fair pricing. I was a little nervous beforehand because I was new to the world of Laser technology. When I arrived, I knew immediately that I had chosen the right place. The office was clean and organized and the staff was friendly and considerate. I was taken into a room where the office manager explained in great detail everything I needed to know about laser hair removal as well as the various financial packages. She was warm and informative and I felt very comfortable with her. Afterward, I went into a treatment room and met the RN who lasered my bikini line. In general, the bikini area is a vulnerable place. I felt safe with the nurse and I found her approach to be gentle and sensitive. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the laser was less painful than getting a bikini wax! I have had two sessions and I can already see significant results!
